- 10 g Instant Yeast g = gram
- 300 ml Tap Water ml = milliliters
- 3 tbsps. olive oil tbsps. = tablespoons
- 2 tsps. Salt tsps. = teaspoons

Instructions
- Pre heat your oven to 220 °C. Mix all the ingredients together (preferably in a mixer). Put some olive oil over the dough, cover and let it rest for 20 minutes. Oil a medium-size baking tray. (40 x 30cm or there around). Use a rolling pin and roll your dough to more or less the size of the baking tray. Leave so space as the dough will double in size. Leave it to rest for 20 minutes.
- Make some “dimples” with your fingers into the dough, drizzle with olive oil, decorate with freshly chopped mixed herbs from your garden or some dried ones, add chopped garlic on your Focaccia and bake it for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Spread with butter once it is out of the oven, or more olive oil. This Focaccia works wonderfully on its own with pre-dinner drinks. You can also serve it as a starter with a Green Salad. Best eaten warm.
