
Russia is a very diverse country to visit and it is so big you will pobaly never get everywhere but if you have a chance do. Think, beatufull churches, art, palaces and good food. A city like St Petersburg alone offers so much one can spend a week here. Just think about The Hermitage museum with its 3 million art pieces, The Winter Palace, the Church of the Savior on Spilled Blood, Peterhof Palace, Saint Isaac’s Cathedral (the largest orthodox basilica in the world). Russia is alos home to the famous Matryoshka dolls or Russian Nesting Dolls and Borscht (traditional soup) and Vodka.


Instructions
- Fry 500g sliced button mushrooms with 1 medium chopped brown onion for about 3 minutes on medium to high heat. Remove from the heat and add 250 ml (about 1 cup) of sour cream and mix through. Scoop into small ramekins and cover generously with grated cheddar cheese. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180ºC for a few minutes and until bubbly and the cheese have melted. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve with any kind of bread of toast.
