Make some “dimples” with your fingers into the dough, drizzle with olive oil, decorate with freshly chopped mixed herbs from your garden or some dried ones, add chopped garlic on your Focaccia and bake it for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Spread with butter once it is out of the oven, or more olive oil.
This Focaccia works wonderfully on its own with pre-dinner drinks. You can also serve it as a starter with a Green Salad. Best eaten warm.
