Ingredients
- 1 x 125 g Brie Cheese
- 20 g Mixed chopped nuts I use a combination of Pecan, walnuts, brazil nuts and cashew nuts
- 10 ml olive oil
- 3 ml Herbs any fresh garden herb available to your liking or 5 ml mixed dry herbs

Instructions
- Heat the oven to 170°C or 340°F. Place the cheese in a baking pan on a piece of foil or baking paper. Mix the chopped nuts and herbs and scoop over the cheese. Bake for 8 minutes and remove from the oven and let it stand for 2 minutes to rest. Cut the cheese down the middle and serve each portion with crusty bread and a small green salad. If you want to, drizzle some honey over. Serve and eat immediately.
