Heat the oven to 170°C or 340°F. Place the cheese in a baking pan on a piece of foil or baking paper. Mix the chopped nuts and herbs and scoop over the cheese. Bake for 8 minutes and remove from the oven and let it stand for 2 minutes to rest. Cut the cheese down the middle and serve each portion with crusty bread and a small green salad. If you want to, drizzle some honey over. Serve and eat immediately.
