
Ingredients
- 200 -250 gram smoked salmon canned salmon can also be used
- 200 gram cottage cheese
- 60 ml Mayonnaise the best you can afford or make your own
- 10 ml Lemon juice freshly squashed is the best
- freshly milled black pepper to taste
- fresh parsley or dill

Instructions
- Liquidise all the ingredients together, then add the black pepper to taste. Transfer to a small bowl, decorate with fresh parsley or chopped dill. Serve with melba toast or any salty biscuit.
