Ingredients
200 -250
gram
smoked salmon
canned salmon can also be used

gram
cottage cheese
60
ml
Mayonnaise
the best you can afford or make your own
10
ml
Lemon juice
freshly squashed is the best
freshly milled black pepper to taste
fresh parsley or dill
Instructions
Liquidise all the ingredients together, then add the black pepper to taste. Transfer to a small bowl, decorate with fresh parsley or chopped dill. Serve with melba toast or any salty biscuit.
