To make a crust for your pies, add 100 g flour, a pinch of salt and 3 tablespoons of butter to a bowl and rub in, mix with a bit of cold water to make a ball, divide the dough into six pieces and line your ramekins. Put in the fridge for 10 minutes.
Mix the other 5 ingredients together in a bowl. Scoop evenly into prepared ramekins lined with this easy crust on top. Bake at 180 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
