Savoury Mince
A delicious and quick savoury mince that goes with anything. Serve on fresh bread, roti or on its own with a green salad. It is a 1-star rating because anyone can make this.

  1. In a skillet add the oil and onion, fry for 1 minute. add all the other ingredients except the vinegar and chutney. Fry for 1 minute then add the meat, fry on medium heat stirring and frying for about 1 minute, add the vinegar and chutney and a tittle bit of oil if needed, fry another 2 minutes.
  2. Serve on fresh bread, use in mince pies, fill a pancake or serve just on its own with a green salad.
  3. Cool the mince down completely and it will keet 2 days in the fridge, you can also freeze this easily. When you want to increase the quantity be moderate on the curry and vinegar as well as the chutney, only double these three ingredients for up to 750 g meat.
