Boil 6 medium potatoes in water till soft, remove the skins and mash by adding 60 ml butter and 50 to 60 ml milk. Add salt and pepper to taste as well as 5 ml of dry mustard powder. Add 1 medium tin of sweetcorn and 3 beaten eggs to the mash. Add the mixture to an oven-proof dish and top with a generous helping of cheddar cheese. Sprinkle cayenne pepper or paprika over. Bake in an 180ᵒC pre heated oven till the cheese melts and the dish are golden brown.
